A lovely 'clean looking' site

Your front page should just be for the phrases 'womens clothes' 'women's clothes' 'womens clothing', 'women's clothing' and 'clothes for women'. Pick one out of 'womens' and 'women's', optimise for that and mention the other version just the once.

Give the allwomensclothes.com image an alt tag of 'women's clothes' (or womens clothes depending on which one you decided to optimise for).

Plus size - change alt tag to 'plus size women's clothing'

Dresses for Women - change the button text to Dresses and Accessories or the alt to 'dresses for women'. Lose the 'women's dresses' link at the top of your page. See note at bottom of this post.

Home button should be at the top. Perhaps change that to a large button 'Women's clothing and accessories home'.

Lillian Vernon banner - add alt text 'clothes for women'

Lose the alt text in the picture of the hats and replace it with ONE of your keyphrases (the one you've used the least on that page).

Put a full stop after 'accessories'. (next to the picture of the hats).

H1 tag 'welcome to allwomensclothes.com' should be 'allwomensclothes.com for all women's clothes' (or something else that gets a keyphrase in)

H2 tag 'Shopping for clothing' should be 'shopping for women's clothing'

Lovely title, urls and text content

Keywords tag too long. Bring that down to 5-10 words. Use your keyphrases and adaptations of your keyphrases. The other words in there should be allocated to the keyword tag in other pages in your site.

I just want to come back to women's dresses. Check here for the best phrase, 'women's dresses', dresses for women' or 'dresses and accesories'...

That will be your main phrase to use for linking to http://www.allwomensclothes.com/dresses-for-women.htm then as you've done with your main page working in variants of your main phrase do the same there.

Thank you Jane. Just today I finally have a page rank of 3/10. I never had a page rank before, so I am happpy that I finally received a page rank. The advice you gave me will be very helpful, thank you. I will most likely write again if I have further questions. I was going to add my picture to my postings here but was not sure how to do that.
