Just some initial thoughts:

1) Title: much use of the word "doctor" in your homepage title (and inner pages as well). Consider rephrasing it to use the word only once. Nice to see that you used a synonym in there as well to cover your bases.

2) URL Canonicalisation: your site is viewable from both www and non-www versions, and your internal homepage link points to default.aspx rather than the domain root. You potentially have 4 different URLs for you homepage.

3) Not a lot in the way of solid textual content within the site for the search engines to get their teeth into. I wouldn't anticipate your site showing up for many longtail searches as it stands.

Having said that, I see you do have the possibility for individual blogs for each doctor within the site, so I guess that as the site grows that'll be covered quite nicely.

For the end user:
1) Firefox is doing a nice job of blocking your popups for me. What's on the popup that's so useful to the visitor that they won't mind you springing it on them? Urghhh, I hate popups with a passion.

Title is too long

Shorten it up to 55-65 character.
Work at your interlinking structures.
Interlink your pages with simple html pages.
Devide ur sitemap contents into a table right lift so that the length of your sitemap page decereases.
