search engines do not like pull down menus. put some alternate text navigation links to your inner pages.

You have 3 <title> tags. 2 of them say index.
Perhaps you could download ace5 or some other html editor as an easier way to begin building web pages. Your color scheme isn't really there and that background, well...it clashes. If your site doesn't appeal to your demo immediately, they are surfing to your competitor...immediately.
