When scrolling down on the pictures on your home page. If you scroll all the way down no pictures are displayed in the window. I think it would be much better if scrolling stops with the last picture.
Also I think you can improve your logo and color scheme.

Bottom links are showing different colors if "moused over". Did you do this intentionally? If you did it does not look very professional.

I think it's strange that your homepage is a completely different style from your products page and other pages. Consistency is important when making a customer feel comfortable with your site.

I agree. The front page looks good but the way the products page looks so much different from the main page is not to my liking. Its strange and does not flow.

Well every product of yours is displayed from showproducts.php by passing differnt parameters to display the product....
You need to make use of mod-rewrite so that every page appears static / unique...

something like
http://www.treasurejewelry.com/shop/shopdisplayproducts.asp?id=36&cat=Hemp+Jewelry
as
http://www.treasurejewelry.com/shop/shopdisplayproducts/id-36/cat-Hemp+Jewelry/
