Review for Low Carb Connoisseur

My main Keywords are: low carb and atkins diet

I get good placement on low carb but can't seem to raise my
position with the "atkins diet" term, which has really become more important recently. Any help and advice would be great!

here's an idea for you, a short discriptive paragraph that you are going to put onto the page, in plain view, in this paragraph you should include keywords, word it so that is not confusing to anyone that is visiting your site.

If one of your main keyword is low carb, then great job done choosing your domain name. Keywords in domain name helps.
Now about your second keyword...let's have a look..
1. Try to get your second keyword "atkins diet" more high on the page if possible.
2. If these 2 words "Connoisseur: Dr." in your title are not important, then remove those two and get "atkins diet" after "low carb".
3. I had a look at your HTML code. It's all messed up. It needs a hell lot of cleaning. I mean there is some stuff that googlebot won't even crawl, and might leave it. If your code is organized, then googlebot likes it.
4. Not a bad job with description. But still can be improaved a lot for better rankings.
5. Good thing you got 212 backlinks
