Review Anyone?

Hi I was wondering if anyone could supply feedback on this website: http://www.codecartel.com .

It has several elements ( a corporate website for projects, portofilio list, and software development), a forum (bullentin board for discussion), a shop (so you can buy tshirts and what not), a developer's studio (It attended launch date is in early 2004 dedicated to graphic design and the flash animation for the promotion of open source development), a humorous site (a satirical look at a big company taking over smaller companies with no business plans), and a personal website (still being developed).

Wanted to know how it looks, good/useful website, and if it is a site you would visit?

Once all the sections have been completed, it should be a good site. Not keen on the design of the forum though. Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.
