Request help for my new site www.syzygy-counseling.com

Hey good folks. I'm hoping you can offer me some advice on getting my first business site listed. Syzygy Counseling and Psychotherapy is a small therapy practice in Southeastern Michigan, mainly Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor. Our specialty is that we offer house calls and office calls. Besides convenience we're trying to provide much better privacy for therapy. I think I've mentioned all my keywords in the last three sentences. Google picked up my listing on ClickOnDetroit during the last dance, but it didn't pick up the site. BTW the site was originally framed, but after reading the discussions here, I changed it to text links and a Navigation Bar.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to drum up a few well-heeled clients so that I can continue to do non-profit work with foster kids at least two days a week.
