PR0 for months - bad site?

We are working now for months on the DVD-O-thek to get a better result out of google - but PR0 is always with us

Have you any advice for us? What's wrong with our site?
We have a permanent redirect from URL to URL . Could this be the reason? I've tried an URL rewriting to avoid the redirect, but I'm to stupid for that It did not work...

Google can't find you because of your session id and the numerical string id=C2E319900A8DBD3A3A7939508168FD9C -- use words instead rather than numbers

I thought google can handle jsp's. But ok - if the useragent includes something like "bot" we already don't send a jsessionid.

Google visits our pages nearly every day - all of the pages. About 10-15 sites with good PR 5-6 link to URL 20-30 sites with PR 3-4 link to us also. But google finds only three of them.

Whats wrong with the metatags? Too much keywords?

Meta's are ignored thus adds nothing to your page but extra code.

Google can handle jsp - but long numerical id sessions does give it problems.

Are meta's ignored by all major search engines or only by google?

all major ones - although there are still a few that are useful -- such expiry tag Google still uses this, robot tag - if needing to stop a page from being indexed or following specific links, language tag for proper translation, character set.

The rest are useless -- except for some minor engines but the value is outweighed by files size concerns.
