PR=0 with 30+ backward links registered by Google - any thoughts?!
After spending months for promoting, obtaining tens of backward links, including links from Yahoo directory, our PR is still 0.
The site is www.fastautosales.com Maybe there’s something else affecting PR in addition to the number of backward links and the PR of linking pages? I have never seen a site (except for my own) that has 20 backward links and PR=0. Do you know any examples? All thoughts and suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Yeah I have an example www.better-online-casino.com this site is in the same boat, by all logiv it should be a PR 5 yet its 0. It currently shows 35 PR 4 + links and most are PR 5

PR isn't just about links. I presume that you want to optimize for a phrase like:-
auto sales and yet there are only two instances of it on your page and it isn't mention in the TITLE tag. Instead you've merged it into:- autosales which is unlikely to be something someone would search for in Google - try optimizing for auto sales and see what happens. Hope this helps. Nick
