This site is a PR5 with plenty of incoming links including a yahoo listing, although not allowed into dmoz unfortunately. I think the site looks a bit dodgy, but not sure how I could improve it.

Any tips would be welcomed, please be very harsh lol

Anybody with some advice on maybe how to improve? whats the major downfall on this site?

I think the biggest problem your going to have is it looks like your a mirror of or get all of your content from "StealthNET" which means your going to have all the same content as however many other sites they support.

Also is http://64.94.46.167 part of your site or is it part of StealthNET? It seems almost all your links point to that site except the one for the U.S flag points to Ringingphone.com. If it's not your site, which I assume it is not since all links begin like this http://64.94.46.167/ringtonesearch/, then you have no real content. Google and I imagine other search engines don't really like duplicate content.

However if it is your Design and not one you've borrowed believing you can make quick money of this type of affilaite program then you should be fine. You may want to check with StealthNet and see if you can design pages yourself with their info so you can change the way things appear and keeps links pointing at your site so it looks like your more than a one page site with a couple dozen outbound links and no content. That can cause a real problem no matter how well you optimize.

That's just my humble opinion, others may say different. Good Luck, if you make any money let us know, but I think the only company making money of this is StealthNET
