Please review my site...

I'm really hoping that you will be able to advise me on some points where we seem to be going wrong.
When we launched the site we had good ranking with all search engines including google, but seem to be lost now.
Ideally we would want to be high on the following search terms - cool t-shirts, funny t-shirts, funky t-shirts and slogan t-shirts.
Any advice that you can give us would be greatly appreciated.

To start off with I only see 22 IB links. (Although you do have a PR5 so some of those links must be pretty good)

Using allinanchor I didn't see you in the Top 50 (i stopped looking after that).

You need to get people linking to you and using your keywords as the anchor text. There is a ton of info on the site on how to do it so I would start there.

You also don't even mention your keywords in your title, just slogan t-shirts. I notice you listed this last as the keywords you are targeting so why is it the only one you have in both title and description.

I think that is a start but from first glance there is a lot you could do so read, read , read!

A couple things,
I would be to look into mod_rewrite (or an IIS equivelant) for links like; http://www.bobdonutandbird.co.uk/gallery.asp?b=a
mod_rewrite could potentially make that appear as
http://www.bobdonutandbird.co.uk/tshirt-gallery_a.html

The use the the param SID is bad;
http://www.bobdonutandbird.co.uk/gallery_view.asp?b=a&sid=5
Search engines will asume that is the Session ID.
I would use a differnet var name
