Please Review My SEO

With Google going ga-ga, I figure it's probably a good idea to ask to have my SEO checked.

Here's how I have my home page set-up. Let me know if this is good or if there are improvements/changes that I need to make.

Meta Tags - (All phrases, no repeating of same key phrase)
Description - 31 words, 235 characters with spaces (Too long?)
Keywords - 31 words, 267 characters

Title - 12 words, 94 characters (includes site name)

Body - Links to inside of site with niche key phrases used as much as reasonably possible. Many of the niche key phrases are linked to anchor tag on specific sections of internal pages. Anchor tags often use the same key phrase as the linked text in the home page body (e.g. "XO spatulas" would have an anchor link of "XO_Spatulas".

Site Map -
Link located at bottom of the page.

Page size - 47K

Comments/constructive criticism welcome.

TIA.

Exclamation

meta description = too long. limit to 150 characters
meta keywords = too long. limit to 150 characters or less
title = limit to 55 characters, keyphrases in order of importance
body = don't go too high with keywords. 1-3%
size = at 47k, your page is too heavy.
sitemap = make a menu on your pages, not a sitemap

DON'T OVEROPTIMIZE. MAKE GOOD CONTENT.

Thanks.

Guess I need to clarify more.

The key phrases are mostly different, niche phrases. I'm not keyword stuffing.

I do have a summarized left-side nav bar on every page and a comprehensive site map (the site map is its on seperate page).

Can you tell me what size landing page is good? I always like to cram lots of stuff on my home page and it is often over 50K
