Please review my hosting directory site.

Hello,
I've been lurking the SEO Chat forums for a couple months now and I would like to thank everyone that has contributed in anyway. I am still very new to the SEO business, but I'm learning quickly.

My first mission is to get my hosting directory, Hosting Hot Spots.com high rankings in google. I hope to accomplish this by posting exclusive (and non-exclusive) articles and guides. Along with very relevant information and link trades.

So if you could please take the time out and review my site SEO wise and design wise I would really appreciate it. Constructive criticism is welcomed.

Any tips, suggestions, comments, lets hear em!
