I don't know about anyone else, but I really hate those scripts that mess about with my windows. When I went to vil.ru the first thing it did was resize my window.

I dislike the fact that you can't resize the window at all. Also, add some graphics into it.. seems a little plain. In terms of promoting your site, we can't really help you since it's in a language that we don't understand. So whatever you're doing, just remember that text links = king. That's the best way to up your position in search engines.
