Do u really need all the animated stuff? (I personally dont think so but . . . . ) Also the text at the top of the page needs to be formatted and positioned so its readable - it doesnt quite hang in with rest of the site at the moment...
The search results you have on the about us page look impressive tho ;) Hope this helps Cheers Paul
