Please help verify speed of my site

Hi All,
I've got a few comments recently that my site initially takes a few seconds longer to load than it should, Im not using flash so there is nothing that requires an initial download but I am using Cold Fuion which is connected to an SQL server. I think the first time any page is requested it has to be cached by CF so that is where the inital delay is coming from because all subsequent pages seem to load at normal speed, can you please verify this for me? I would appreciate it.

not sure whay they are saying anything but if you want to make it alot faster the front image is very large reduce it and cut the download time in half

It took me 16 seconds to load the page.

I am on a 2048kbps connection, but then again I am Norway.

Your page has 24K in html and 110K in images - most of that is the two big graphics - you could try re-optimizing, or just live with it; I've seen worse, although sub-10 second downloads at 56K is optimal.
