Hi there, i am very new to all of this SEO stuff and i was shocked that our new site got some sort of page rancking from google ... but hey who is complaining

Please don't be gentle on me ... tell me all the bad news first and if there is good news i will have that second please

My other question is should i leave my internal links relative or should i hyperlink them ... I seem to read a lot of conflicting stories about this

Well I must say I quite like it.

I think the colours on the pages are a bit brash, think I'd tone them down a little, but that asideeach page seems OK.

Bad News

I really like the front page. I rreally missed it as soon as I clicked through to any other page.
Also the front page (large, slow but pretty) has the makings of a navigation system, but this seems to completely disappear inside the site, where there's no navigation system at all.

thanks for that aswab , i was thinking of putting some sort of navigation system on the other pages, but was not sure ... i shall start working on it

i like the portal page to and i know it is slow, do you know of a way to speed it up besides optimising the you know whats out of the .jpg's
