Page Rank ok, but result not coming
Hello,
the site www.green-acre.com is having a PR6 (many inner page have that pagerank) and is only scoring 30 on one of it's most important keyword "french property". Any help is welcom ! Ben www.green-acre.com www.immofrance.com

As you say, most if not all backlinks are your own internal pages. I just wonder if you need more external backlinks with good anchor text for your 'french property' kw to help your rankings. French Property returns over 10m results so you're in a very competitive area. Website looks fine although I didn't actually see your kw used anywhere on the main page in the body or links etc.
