Newbie Need Help - Kindly Review

I started this website 8 months ago, www.magazinemaster.com

I have done some self optimization efforts, I am willing to learn. This is my first website. The keywords I want to rank in general are the following:
magazine subscription
magazine subscriptions
discount magazine subscription
discount magazine subscriptions
cheap magazine subscription
cheap magazine subscriptions

Also, to have more specific easier keywords, I want to optimize for each magazine name, i.e. optimize for keywords "Parents Magazine Subscription" & "Parents Magazine Subscriptions", to land to the Parents magazine page. The product page is a dynamic page.

Can someone please give me some constructive comments and tips. I tried to optimize each magazine page (it is a dynamic page, and meta keyword is generated accordingly).
