New to SEO...have I made basic, major errors?

Here's the site:
URL

When my site is indexed, I'm not sure exactly how it will be read. My main concerns are:

*Have I overused keywords, spammed, etc.

*I use Microsoft Frontpage with 'shared borders', a feature not unlike framing. When my site is spidered, will it be readable?...Do I have any problems in the code that will make it difficult to index?

*A few of the keyword phrases I'm initially optimizing for are 'coupon codes, online discount coupons, online shopping, online coupon code...'
Now, I've just taken my first stab at setting up tags and such...do they look okay?..What would be your recommendation on the next step(s) I need to take?
ty, ty!

those words do not appear in your content.. well, that is because you have no content, only links. You need to get links back to you, and add some content that will be spider food. Right now all you are doing is sending food for other sites.
