I only looked at your home page and your anavon stress releiver page.

It is a good idea to try and list for phrases such as "anavon stress releiver" vice just "anavon"

I did a keyword density check on that page and would recomend including your key phrases more than one or twice on the page

You might want to be more descriptive with your title tags. I do think your homepage is ok, if that is what your two top keywords are.

but http://www.suncoastherbs.com/brands.asp can be more descriptive.

Otherwise, i think your doing an ok job for now. Just utilize those title tags better.

Boy, there's a lot to look at on your homepage. I liked the layout, and colors...with the white background color to your center product table images, I assume you will be using white as the background for said table?

In the bottom center table, Discount Herbs, vitamins...your "server.ad...image does not appear. Also, that purple text on the purplish (blueish) background is hard to read.

the layout works, though.
