Need all the help I can get

Hi y'all, www.flashtemplatestore.com
is my baby right now, and being new to SEO I could
do with some help.

Keywords are flash template, swish template, web site
template, web template....etc

I have a DMOZ listing under
the webtemplate/flash section, but do not come up if I do a
search of dmoz which is strange.

I went into google with a
pr of 4 but have dropped to 0 on my index page this dance
and the rest of my pages bumpeed up to a 4 !!!! Ho Hum.

Any help appreciated here...

Your page actually looks very well optimized for considering yourself a beginer.

If you do not have the words you want to list well prominently placed in your DMOZ listing then you will not list well in those words on DMOZ.

It is important to use the words you want to list well in when creating links to your site. When exchanging links or asking for links try to get these words in the link "flash, template,..."

Building a linking strategy will aid your Google results (which are used by about 80% of web searches)

Well, I have been creating some lBack-links in relevant pages..but whadya think...do I have too many keywords on my index page ?? If I sprinkle them around the site will it annoy google ?? I am just about to make a 'site map', should I include every page including previews of templates ??
