Need a review, opinions, and tips..

Helllo everyone, I am new to SEO work and just launched our firms website about 3 weeks ago. Please review:

I need some tips for SEO and others. I am waiting on DMOZ and we have valid content, so hopefully we will get listed.

Any other information would be great, I have been submitting to main search engines but haven't gotten picked up for any of the main keywords I am looking for.

Your header is lacking in graphic appeal. Looks as though the bottom part of your logo was clipped short. It could use some spicening up.

It's also a bit difficult to read the italicized text located at the top right. Perhaps displaying this in text instead of as part of your picture would proove beneficial.

How about the flow of the site, pretty easy? Did I do a decent job making the pages with an underscore to help out with SE?

Not sure about underscores. Common practice is to use dashes instead. Then again, SEs/bots might have caught up by now... (haven't tested recently).
