NastyNation.com **not a porn site**

I know my site sounds like its a porn site and all, but its not . the link is http://www.nastynation.com. I would appreciate any pointers ya have for me. It is a teen hangout, and dumping ground for stuff. It is semi popular, and recieves about 1-2000 hits a day.

Josh, I've been real busy, I did go to you site a few times but I get stumped. Just chalk it all up to me being a old lady, but...

-- for someone who has to insist that you are NOT a porn site, you have gone way out of your way to look like a doorway to one!

-- once I go into your site, I see a nice clean sharp forum, can you take some of that back to your splash page? Maybe you don't really need that page?

-- would vote yes on a home/splash page but make it look more like what you have inside, one might almost get the idea that they are in a different site! Also, how about some keyword heavy content that is descriptive.

I honestly can't say much more because I am sooo not your target market! 8) But, I'd be happy to discuss it with you offlist.

Ok, thanks for the post. I have that splash page because the way i set up the origional site. It used to be static, running off the nastynation root. Then I ran out of time with sports and all. So i decided to switch to the php-nuke content management system. I is really easy to use, and setup. So i decided that i will run off that engine untill i get some more time. Then i will have a really well optimized site. I promise!

Oh, boo hoo... my site is down! STUPID SERVER!!!!!!!!!!!! Its like never down though, so i guess I'll just have to call my host on his celly and see if he can get it up... Thats the nice thing about knowing your host personally... Ya can always bug him when something screws up..
