You are spamming with the alt tags in your img pieces. I am sure that this will be penalised.

You only have meta tags on your front page, it doesn't hurt to have them on all pages.

You don't have any <h1> tags, try adding some keywords into these tags.

Are you sure about the ALT spamming wineo? I agree that it could have been just the one big picture, with just one ALT attribute, so this seems to be overdone a bit. However, I don't know if G can find out if this is the case, so a regular keyword density check might give the final verdict on that.

Very useful tips though. To add to the "get more links to your site" bit mentioned earlier: try submitting to the major directories, like the ones listed on http://www.strongestlinks.com/directories.php and http://www.tipsntutorials.com/Top-Directories .

Sorry, we should have warned you for that. It's not too late to edit your posts: put a couple of spaces inside the keywords - for instance... Do it before someone else quotes your post!

That is because the SEO Chat SITE has very high PR, thus is spidered very often. Consequently, all its pages (including this forum) get PR1 instantly and if the forum page in question is quite popular, that PR number grows quickly. As soon as your own site becomes an authority, you don't have to worry about this phenomenon no more... ;)
