i am working with a company MindCycle Studio. i developed there website and my boss says its not that attractive and SEO friendly though Google toolbar shows 5+ rank.

Your reviews reqd. to convince my boss or ur suggestion to me in developing new layout.

for some keywords ur website is not coming at the top of Search engine results ...

OK-IN terms of your keywords I would recommend the following:

Your client/Boss needs to evaluate what markets he wants to offer web design, development, programming services to. With GEO-Targeting playing a key role in search engine searching, its a good idea if website u r designining only plans on offering these services in the UK, you may want to optimize for UK Web Design, London Web Design, etc..

The next step is backlinks. Withouth themed backlinks and some sort of link strategy where you go out and acquire links from websites that are common to your web design theme. I dont even see a resources section on the site right now! If you want have a look at my website and how I setup the resource section(Logical Sense Web Design Resources).

Wordtracker is pretty much the standard in keyword research tools, and I can say from personal experience there is no tool that even comes close to it!

hence it has not got PR till now........
