Right, where to start.

Navigation:

You're using javascript navigation! If you really want your inner pages to rank you need to fix this. Use a CSS unordered list for your navigation. You can still use a javascript layer on top of this, but your links can then be followed by search engines.

Ok, you've got a sitemap in place to compensate for the javascript navigation, but that's just a bandaid solution. It'll never work as effectively as using search engine friendly navigation.

Titles:

You're trying to rank for "CNG Compressors & Compressed Natural Gas" on the homepage, but where's the content on the homepage to reinforce this? Give it a dedicated inner page (that can be found, because you've fixed the navigation, right?) and rank that page for that keyterm.

Meta tags:

Don't. Really, no need. Meta keywords serves no purpose. Meta robots: they'll try to index the pages and follow the links anyway - you don't need to tell them to do so.

Meta description: fix the page layout. Use a CSS based layout to structure your page properly. A properly structured page will improve your chances of ranking well, and will also negate the need to include the meta description. The search engines will create descriptions from snippets of on page text. Good snippets means that your content is well written and relevant. Bad snippets mean that you need to improve the on page content. The meta description just hides the problems.

Content character set encoding:

Your meta tag says iso-8859-1, but your server says utf-8. Which is it? Make them the same.

Header tags (h1-h6):

Couldn't find any. Why not? These are valuable tags that add extra weight to the keywords inside them. Don't waste the opportunity by leaving them out.

The homepage:

This looks more like a stub page than a homepage. Look at it objectively. What is there that would encourage anyone to go deeper into the site? What is there on the page that at a glance tells you what the company is about, and what it does?

Discount the top images when you do this. By the time it's finished downloading, visitors will have already made up their mind and gone so all the imagery inside it will have no effect.
