A few things I would consider:
Have text links at the bottom of your page so that Google follows them, use the same buttons in your menu for show and the text links for spidering. Also take out the" _" and change it to a "-" ie why_dach becomes why-dach besides it makes sense to use a dash as it is pronounced "dash"-"hound" isn't it lol. Anyways throw in a site map and you are done. "note have the text links on each of your pages for menu not just the first one.
Cheers

Some more work to do there; Remove all the JS to external files so the robots don't get confused and also read and apply the suggestions in this topic at http://www.seochat.com/viewtopic.php?t=1150

A site map is as the name says it, a page where you write a menaningful description for each page and put the links in full url so that your visitors and robots find pages easier and quicker.

If you have more than 100 pages it's better to use a module like phpHoo3, so that you can create SE frendly cats and sub-cats.

PHPhoo3 demo and download at http://www.cable-modems.org/phpHoo/

Hope this helps ;)

Xenu checks for broken links and can also build a site map for you: http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html
