Help Please
I am starting to get discouraged! Not sure where to go from here.
1)Domain was registered 12 months ago 2)Site was built and activated September 2004 3)I have 200+ pages under main Domain and have many more under sub Domains 4)I have been linking till I am blue in the face ........not sure but i should have at least 150 good non-reciprocal links and 100+ reciprocal links of varying PR 5)The site went from 0 PR to 2 PR in October or November and then went to 3 PR last week. THE PROBLEM: 1) I am showing Good Serps in MSN but I am not getting anywhere in Google. 2) I have no Traffic. (Very Little) 3) I have no Clue what to work on to get into Google Serps. The site is only 3-5 months old. I would suggest reading some of the forum topics re: sandbox. Also, your backlinks are all straight up link pages (link farmish) and internal links. Try this search to see more links that dont show with link:www...com

Thank you for the review. So the Sandbox theory is to be taken seriously? I have read all those posts and was not sure. I have not heard of straight up links before (could have missed them) but that makes sense. Any suggestions on how to get non-straight up links? Any place to get more info on the subject?

Best way to get legitimate links is through contacting webmasters personally. It takes time and doesn't always yield a lot of links, but 1 high quality link from a good site with decent rank is worth 100 solicited links from low PR sites with several outbounds on the link page. Also shoot for getting in the Yahoo directory as well as ODP (if that is still possible). Those always make for good backlinks and google is even suspected of favoring those sites with Yahoo and ODP links.

Thanks for the alert......i am can see it on view source......at the end of front page is a script that i certainly did not put there! I am calling support at the server to see what they have to say. Thanks. I will keep you posted.

Thank You for the Headsup!! Somebody hacked into the site....it is a virus. Cleaning it out and re-loading. Good thing I joined the Forum!!!!!!!!
