Question http://www.ventureline.com

Have had the site up for quite some time. Am ranked in the top 10 on Google, Yahoo, and MSN on most relevant key phrases. Believe revenue should be much higher. Maybe you guys could take a look with "fresh eyes" and give some feedback on design and content. Target market user personality is akin to accountants and librarians. Any thoughts would be helpful.

it may be a serps winner...but its a design dog.
its about as interesting as reading an excel spreadsheet or flipping through the dictionary [one without pictures.] this is not a web design forum...i suggest you drop your url off at a web design forum and prepare for a beating. but i am sure it will be worth the pain. the site needs some design zest. even accountants and librarians need to get laid once in a while...you know what i mean?

I agree. I get over 50K visitors per month split between the Glossary and Financial Analysis. Did the design and SEO myself (amateurish design is obvious). Got lucky with the SEO. Went with logic and content; it seems to have worked with the major search engines. Thanks for the advice. Will visit some web design forums and select a house that can add the zest without losing the positioning.
