Change your title's colours in the forum.(maybe a nice light blue or something)
White titles with white content text, is confusing. After all surfers click on the titles to enter each specific forum.

Couldnt another colour be thrown into the theme? Like orange? You need another colour, it looks empty.

Links at the top. Change the colour of them to the same colour you change your titles to.

You could probably stretch that header image right across to fill in that top table too. Maybe as a background. That would finish it off.
