Looks good, could use a robots.txt and exclude some of your meta tags, all of those are mostly unecessary tags. Having a sitemap is valuable also and along with that a tertiary navigation.
Im sure most would agree that alot of metas are all dead besides keywords and description and im sure those would be argued to be useless too however cases do come up where those tags are used in SERP descriptions, easily argued both ways. Other than that it looks great! Good luck in your rankings

some layer problems in ie 6.0 on the home page.
the advertisement starts to slide over the center layer as the window width is decreased.
