For an SEO site you should know that your side menu should be live text.

Also, this paragrpah "On this site you will find great Free Beginner SEO Tutorials, SEO Tips, Free SEO Tools, SEO Books, SEO programs and SEO news that will help your website rank high in the worlds most popular search engines."

Each KW here should be a link to a landing page.

The link advise is actually a good idea. Will implement it.

Would using SEO so much be considered spamming? I had something similar and repeated a word in every instance and was advised not to use the word so much as it would raise flags. Just curious to see if I made a mistake removing the keyword.

Site looks pretty good. Good info as well. Im curious to know why your URL's have seono1 twice... (i.e. spaces added to URL's to comply with rules:

Site is doing pretty good with all the keywords.
I don't believe in over analyzing a site or page. I just write and that's it. Simple

I don't see a problem for putting site name in url links

seono1 is not a competitive keyword

Glad there isnt a problem with the use of SEO so much in the content. its making me think twice about adding the kw back into the content as much as I had originally.

I never indicated it was a problem to have your site name in the url links, I just asked why you have done this. I haven't seen that before.

I just felt to put my site name in my web page links.
