related to SEO tips. keyword "florida condo rental" Currently, it's ~53 and has bouced in ranking a lot over the last week between 34 and 57. Not sure why but it's not going the direction I want. Anything I should change? thanks

Nice looking site and loads nice and fast. Google PR seems quite good at 4/10. The phrase Florida Vacation Rental in the title doesn't seem to appear in the main text so perhaps remove it and the / as well. Hope this helps.
