two words. 'anchor text'.
there are a lot of "read more" links on your site... well.. on the front page anyway.. further into the site is ok.

it looks like you've used a cms or blogging software to create the site? which one did you use? if you dont mind me asking, im looking for a good one myself..
its a little boring, can do with some nice smooth graphics in there somewhere just to spice it up a bit. Something that blends in with the background colours.

otherwise from an seo viewpoint it looks good.

maybe a little bit of css can help you get rid of all those font tags too....

Graphics are over-rated. I want a nice, simple professional site.

As for the anchor text issue, the "read more" link is their for usuability and to entice clicks.

I did not use an blog or cms to create this site. I used my own custom programming.

Anyway, thats for your insight.
