well...to begin with, problem #1 is the S _ L _ O _ W loading time.
I take it this is a dbase site pulling <divs> outta mySQL or some such usage....and it's so so so slow, that it's painful!
And as wel know now, G will be tracking server speed soon in their algo....so I'd fix that IMMEDIATELY.
Next point, the left hand side bar nav text button? when I roll over them, they too react so slow that they are still 'opening' when I go to the next button, then the next, then the next and ALL the sliding boxes are still trying to open....really poor....needs attention too!
Oh, and geez....dont click on one of those buttons like the Khloe desk...cause it too takes too too too long to open!
Guess as the first task, you need your web dev to INCREASE performance drastically....before you go live. No one will trust that site enough to purchase an expensive office piece of furniture....sigh...and I mean no one!
