I do not understand text, but suggest to remove links from home page(Mais sites de namoro na Internet, it`s more preffered creaitng a special page for links. Otherwise You will lose visitors and PR.

VORD says do the opposite to what alega says. If your links are helpful to your visitors then put them where they naturally occur. This helps with all the theming and authority stuff in Google, and your visitors will come back if they like your site. Mind you, those links that you have at the bottom of your page don't look too useful for visitors so I agree with alega for those.

For the site, you appear to use images for links. This is fine, but make sure your images have alt text. Try to use convention for text links. Green doesn't cut the ice.
