This is a community site that intends to centralize information about the local community since so many sites don't SEO or are outranked by national sites competing for the keywords.

Please review anything you would like, but my main concern is SEO. I am starting to rank well for the keyphrase city state, but not well for the specific city name only. I have no idea why.
