From your site I can't determine what keyword/phrases you are targeting so I'll work on 'Marriott Middle East' (since that's in your signature) and 'Middle East hotels'.

Google applies relevance and an additional boost to words in the title tag, keyword tag, description tag, headings, alt tags, bold text and italics. The closer to the begining of your page, the more relevant.

It's a nice site but things are a bit mixed up.

To bring the more relevant words to the beginning, how about..

You have TWO keyword tags! Only one is recognised by Google as..

which is OK, in my personal opinion (and some will disagree with me I'm sure) it's a bit too long. I would rearrange and lose a few words..

You have no headings. What about making what you have at the top of your page into a heading..

If you want bold text drop the first three words of your first sentence on your page 'Ever want to discover the wonders of the Middle East?' and put THAT in bold..

You've got good keyword density then on Marriott, Middle East and hotels. You've already done well with 'resort' and 'vacation' and it would be a good idea to get the word 'holiday' in somewhere on that page too.

Your main page shows 18 backlinks (5 from other pages in your site) the anchor text to your main page is 'home', do you have enough room to make that 'Marriott Middle East home page' without it looking daft? If it looks daft leave it.

If you want to make all/some of the changes I'll happily look at it again for you, as you are taking quite a bit of bulk out I'm concerned that you might be pushing your keyword density for 'Marriott' too high. Anyway, the offer is there.

Then go out and get links to your site using your keyword/phrases as your anchor text.
