It is my opinion that your site is too busy in apperance. Perhaps you would benefit from shortening your descriptions of each forum you have listed. Doing so would also bring more links visible to the initial viewing window.

It may also be a good idea to start with a few forums and then split them up later when there is a lot more traffic.
