Design wise to simply your navigation you may consider merging the two sets of links, one graphical and the other text, into one set. Doing so will keep down the amount of confusion by part of the user when attempting to browse your sections.
Also vital is displaying the most important information on your site first. Meaning that your news or description of the site should be immediately displayed before pictures or advertisements. Most important items include news, updates, navigation, and a header with your sites name or logo on it. Best of luck to you. Last edited by MaxM : December 22nd, 2004 at 10:10 AM. |

I like your site, but I get a feeling it is a bit overcrowded. There are so many ways to go, that I am not sure really where should a newcomer start!
Other than this, a beautiful site, I like it!

my momma always said that honesty is the best policy...
your logo looks aweful. get a college design student to do one for free. harsh black and white is not so good. i don't like the floating margins. bring it flush with the page. not all links have to be blue. use css. cookie-crumb text is too fat to read. finally, ERROR ON PAGE in status bar. oh, did i mention links dont have to be blue? |

Hey workislife, thanks for the feedback. It drove me to the edge so I learned a little about CSS today and made some changes to the nav bar and blue links.
Take a look now and see if ya like it any better. Sorry, but black and orange are the colors we branded ourself with and plan to keep. I did add a more colorful image to spruce things up. Luni |

I submit that you in fact have the right idea as all content is present....
Having said that your typographic properites are all over the place.... make it friendly to read... the other posts are accurate mind you but graphical elements in this case are not what's causing me to "not" be able to read your page. Nigel |

All righty!
Complete revamp, I removed the floating margin sides and went to a more traditional layout. Also upon looking at the page thru a Lynx viewer, I noticed my important text is at the top instead of the 21 some odd images that used to mae up my nav bar and a slew of links. |

Your latest site revamp is incredibly superior to your original design.
The single remaining missing element I feel could use some work is your copyright tag. It's a little dark to see fully and could use a solid color or lower level of gradiant. G'luck again. |
