there is little bit scrolling for home page, see if u can remove it.
if u can show username/password textbox on one line then it will reduce space

1 more thing, show a border for sections like, "ABOUT LCBT" / "COURSES" / "STUDENTS"

Hello,
Having taken a brief look at your home page I would recommend that you name your page file names more descriptively - and your page titles.
You are presently relying heavily on LCBT and it might be more effective to use part, or all of the college name in places. Also, there is a massive opportunity to be a little more generic with terms like 'beauty' and 'therapy' together with location / postcode / geographical area / London.
Final point, you are presently not using 'title' or ALT on images, another excellent opportunity for unique descriptors.
