Hi everyone. I'm new here, but I am looking for general opinions/critiques on the website I have designed.

I taught myself html a few years ago, and it is just a hobby to me, so it may not be perfect, but I would appreciate any and all comments you could provide. I've only written a few websites (mostly for bands I've been in), and this is the first time I've taken a stab at teaching myself php and mySQL. I read a couple of short articles on it a few weeks ago. It sure has made my life easier!

The website is for my band. It's purpose is just to inform people of our band history, shows, news, etc. (i.e., to get them hooked on us and give us more exposure).

Our PR is still zero (which doesn't suprise me). I'm getting other sites (mostly band listings) to link to our site, so I hope that will help. I think I just need to be patient with the PR because we were just fully indexed about three days ago.

Any other comments or suggestions are highly welcome!

I think your website is excellent actually. You have a really good eye for design! I'm also interested in the fact that you are learning php and my sql. I know a fair amount of cold fusion right now and I have been told I should make the swtich.

I own a couple of music business related websites that I need help with. You say you only do this as a hobby so I'm not sure if web work is the direction you want to take but if you would consider it we might be able to work something out in the near future. Let me know what you think!

Trevorml, I'm not sure about me going in the web design direction, but I have been asked that many, many times before. However, I'm really busy with the band and my "real" full time job, so that leaves little time for this. Let me know what you have in mind though and maybe we can work on something though. I alway wanto play guitar. Iam no good at giutar though. In my country there is no good place to learn., Can I down load music on ur site??/
