SEO_Amateur covered your question - you need inbound links. Lots of them filled with nice juicy keywords.

So I'll be helpful and answer the questions you didn't ask.

I read your index page twice and couldn't figure out what you are about.

The index page should very quickly give the message:
What do you do?
What services do you offer?
Why are your services better than everyone else?

Accessibility is very good, but I'm guessing that's deliberate. Google will have no problems crawling your site when the time comes.

Don't change the text size - I like that. Less of the capitals maybe. I would add a nice picture of an owl somewhere.

Thanks VORD. Now I focus on inbound links! I agree that I've got to work on the index page; however, due to the highly technical nature of my R&D I would expect only Portfolio Managers and Analyst to really understand what I'm up to. This is who I'm trying to attact.

Anyone know why google would only index the index page. What does it take to get all the other pages indexed. I'm considering reducing the length of my internal link URLs - would this help?

I had a client that said exactly that, but I was able to talk them around in the end. :-) Their problem was not technical content and that's not your problem either.

Google has found 2 links to your site that you added to directories on Monday. These should get it crawling your site within the next few days. If you can get more links, from related sites then it take your site even more seriously.

Yeah, I had limitied time to learn PHP, CSS, HTML, SEO, etc., MySql,... this is my first real attempt... haven't had time to mess with graphic design, owl images and such.

Stay posted,... there will be an owl someday ;)
