Okay, I have more inbound links and the entire site has been indexed by google but I still have a 0/10 page rank. I also notice that a link:http://www.innovationowl.com/ yeilds nothing at google. Could it be that my outbound links from the links page or the outbound links from glossary that are hindering my pagerank? Please help.

nah, give it just a little more time. next pr/bl update will probably show some if not all of them. it usually takes 2 updates to show them. however, be watching the serps. before you actually see pr/bl shown, your sites may appear and/or move up in the rankings, since google already knows about the backlinks (but just doesn't show them to you yet).
