All I can say is that I seemed to be doing better in the serps before I got into all the SEO stuff.... what am I doing wrong?

MY PR never changes and backlinks drop instead of increase despite the things I've done that I thought should be improving it. Discouraging to say the least.

Would appreciate it if those "in the know" would take a look and see if I've made some error in judgement.

what kw phrase are you targeting? if i type in english tea china in google, you come up number 1. seems pretty good to me. pr and backlinks really dont matter if your serps are good.

I am curious about the huge extra space at the bottom of the first page though?

Thank you both for your thoughts, and ghostncricket for letting me know about that darn extra space that should not have been there!
I am doing well for my main KW on the home page which is English tea. Have stayed at #3 or 4 pretty consistently.
I guess I am a little hung up on PR since it is so hard in my product area to find good related sites to link with and the few I have been able to get still have not shown up.
Thanks for the compliment on the design ghostncricket... it is my #1 priority over all the SEO stuff.
