F1 Planet went live 2 weeks ago.
Please review my site for SEO, user-friendliness, and aesthetics. It is a site i have designed my self. I wish to make it unique in the sense it is a site ran by Formula 1 fans writing articles.
The idea is to get a team of writers on board.

Any input would be appreciated.

Your targeting the UK only I’m assuming? If so, its irrelevant that your site loads slow in Texas.

It loads just fine for me.

I like it but the font IMO is quite hard to read. Perhaps try change it to make it more clear.

Loads slow for me too, in the US. Why would you only be after F1 in the UK? Lots of F1 interest here. Look into this WordPress plugin.

Page titles need a lot of work.

Agree, font is hard to read, change to Verdana for text areas. If they look OK together, keep the one you have for headlines, etc.

I will setup cache once it closer to build - i found that cache plugin was a nightmare when building and testing etc

Adding cache plugin later is good idea, but adding it will really help. You have so many images and that plugin loads images last.

Search this forum on how to create titles, there is an art to it and can make a huge difference in SERPs and CTR when done correctly.

My enthusiasm for F1 ends at Danica Patrick, only because she is a woman in a man's world. I'm more NASCAR and sorry she busted out of that.

You've changed your title tags, but they're not optimum. You are duplicating words and wasting/not using all of the VALUABLE real estate of the title tag. That's like owning a 5,000 sq ft store on 5th Ave NYNY and only using 500 sq ft of it, with too much of your shelf space used for one item.

Search this site and learn how to create optimum title tags using the keyword-enticement-branding model. I'm too lazy to find the links for you, but you will likely learn a good bit by doing the search yourself.

Designwise - be consistent throughout your site, it aids navigation as it is tangentially related. For example, on your headings—if you're gonna use title case, use it every time, every where.

The changes you've made so far are great! I agree that the page titles do need a lot of work, but the yellow really pops of the page and using Verdana font is much easier to read. The cache plug-in will really help out when you're ready too. The site loads a bit slow for me as well.
