I am new here. Yes, it is my first post on seochat.com But from what I have already seen I may say that it is a great place and some really skilled SEO professional hang out here. Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a nice design. Seems to have a unique slant on web design although all the contests seem to be US based. Good luck with it.

dont spam your title tag with keywords.........
Also you might think about using an external css file for formatting, seems you're already using one, so you should move your extra styles into it, just for the sake of getting rid of all that code above your body. I love your buttons across the top, as long as you have standard links somewhere for the bots to follow you'll do nicely.
