First of all you should check you're site in Opera 10.10. Not 100%.

The menu does not look correct. Anyway, instead of me explaining to you every problem in different kind of browsers, you really should download all the browsers (opera, firefox, explorer, safari etc..) and see for yourself.

Looks pretty good, although at first glance I wasn't exactly sure what your site was about. Is it a gambling site, or a sports information site? Maybe the main box on the home page you can add the current line of the game you are talking about with your pick or something to draw people in.

it is nice site but the header side try to add some attractive picture and graphics (based your site),

The page could use some graphics. If you want to see how it looks in different browsers go to http://browsershots.org/ They will show it in about 90 different browsers.
Your color scheme and layout look good to me.
