Site is redesigned... old site was optimized for regional keyword .. site is redesigned for international market ...
I do have backlinks and still working on that ....

I need suggestion for coming up in SERPs (ranking).... I cant come up for my new keywords ....

U seem to have spent a good amout of time in optimizing your website....
I think you have over done it a bit ;-)

You have just flooded your site with keywords
i.e
in the top section (just above your menu),
End of the page,
Its a BIG turn off for someone viewing your page...

You have to realise that your not going to rank very well for SOOOOO many keywords, that too such competitive keywords....

Why dont u just pick a few keywords and optimize for them ???

Yes I would agree with amitbhawnani...

Also, you css file could be more affective. For example, you have [border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"] in every table. Move it to the css file.

I won't comment on it's SEO as I'm a newbie at that, however, as a consumer I'll say it's a good looking site. The keywords you have listed above your banner aren't a turnoff to me. The words Cheap Web Hosting in big blue lettering is however. I understand that's a highly searched keyword but I think you cover it enough in your smaller text. Repeat cheap but show quality as well.

It's a nice clean site though. I really like the look and feel.
